Guidelines for CSP Directory Additions
This document is provided for those adding data or subdirectories to the CSP directory in the interests of a consistent directory structure
- The suggested format is to use version numbers, such as Raob_v1, Raob_v2, to identify
chronologically new versions of data as they are created. This avoids the confusion which
can arise trying to use descriptive titles.
- Please keep version information in a readme document, which should derive its title from the name
of the outermost directory, together with an htm suffix (e.g., raob.htm).
- Please keep directory and file names to 8 digits to allow compatibility with DOS users.
- The convention of Title Case for directories, lower case for files should be followed wherever possible.
- Please edit the document CSP Directory Structure to reflect any changes you make; also, please revise the datestamp and authorship at the bottom of the page.
