		where M is the month (3=March, 4=April)

Header information:  DY-MON-YR    JDY

		where DY is the day, MON is the month, and YR is the year,
		          and JDY is the julian day.

Data file format: HR:MN:00    RR

		where HR:MN:00 is the start time of the 1 minute average in GMT
                                  and RR is the rain rate in mm/hr.

Note:  This is a preliminary data set and should be used with caution.
