Photo Index Column Titles and Descriptions
The column headings are as follows:
- C1 Counter
- The number of the shot according to the camera's film counter
- C2 Negative Number
- The number on the film negative, providing a more definitive reference
- C3 CD Number
- This gives which CD (there are five in total) the photograph is on
- C4 CD Frame Number
- This gives the CD frame number (there are up to 108 on each CD) for each shot
- C5 Weather Log
- An 'x' in this column indicates the photograph forms part of the hourly weather observation set
- C6 Documentary
- An 'x' in this column indicates the photograph is a general interest picture
- C7 Other
- An 'x' in this column indicates a photograph outside the above two categories
- C8 Date
- All dates are given in UTC
- C9 Time
- All times are UTC
- C10 Sun
- An 'x' in this column indicates prevailing conditions were clear and sunny
- C11 Overcast
- An 'x' in this column indicates cloudy conditions
- C12 Rain
- An 'x' in this column indicates prevailing local rainshowers
- C13 Comments
- Any relevant comments are included in this column
