The file format of the position data is comma delimited text (12k per file) at 15 minute resolution. The columns are as follows:
1 - 4. Julian Time Stamp (Year, Decimal day, Day, Decimal Minutes)
5. Trimble Time (HHMMSS)
6. Trimble Latitude (decimal degrees)
7. Trimble Longitude (decimal degrees)
