Vostok Ice cores collaborate Milankovitch cycles

The Vostok research station, located in Antarctica, was established by Russia in 1957. Currently it is operated cooperatively by Russian, U.S., and French scientists. Vostok Ice core data have produced a record of past environmental conditions stretching back 420,000 years which collaborate Milankovitch's calculations that he made with a slide rule.
