8/22/98  UW SURFACE STATION DATA:

Data is available for all field from 980816 through present.

Temperature and RH may not be available before above date.  The temperature
information within the files 980816-present has been corrected by subtracting
a 4.8 degree bias.  When this is done dewpoint calculation between the surface
station and chilled mirror compare very favorably.  Please check out daily
quicklooks for comparisons.
