Weather:
Due to winter storm conditions, the SCM IOP (and the 3 hourly sonde launches from all 5 of the CART sites) was temporarily shut down today after completion of the 1730 CST sonde flight. (The sonde launches did not resume until Thursday, 12/14 with the 1730 CST launch.)
